I’ve had Jennifer do my nails a couple of times. She does a great job, however, I’m turned off that the salon is not clean. The glass the technicians work behind is filthy. I get asked for cash every single time I go. This is not a good representation of a legitimately operate business. Eventually, IRS will audit this company.

Terrible service. Made an appt and waited over an hour to get any service. They kept on lying and telling us 5 min please. Then when they saw us get agitated they sat us on the pedicure chairs hoping that if our feet were wet, we would feel like we were getting service. Not worth the headache at all.

I’ve been going to Prospect Nails on River Road for 4 years. Jennifer and Sophia are the best! I am very particular, and they have never disappointed. I found them after being displeased at other places closer to my home, and my aunt recommended them. My gel manicures are long lasting.

I took my daughter and her friend to Prospect Nails on a Sunday. Dropped them off for manicures and ran to Kroger. My daughter had a good and quick experience, however her friend somehow got stuck with the manager. This gentleman answered the phones, did other peoples nails, managed the establishment, while he took three hours doing my daughter’s friends nails. I don’t appreciate him wasting everyone’s time. We will not be going back.
