I signed up for the early bird membership and from the day they opened (and even before it) they knew my name, greeted me and offered me water, then had me pick out polish. I was then greeted by Anastasia and she offered me a warm neck wrap to start off my pedicure. I got my second pedicure today with Anastasia and she was wonderful! I love how personable she is and how much she pays attention to detail. My feet feel amazing and my toes are pretty! Off to an event this weekend and Anastasia’s nail art is spot on. She absolutely loves doing it also! Everything from start to finish was perfect. I’m not usually one to get my nails done, so it’s a nice change coming into a facility that is so clean, welcoming and customer service across the board is phenomenal.

Will be canceling membership, scheduled a new gel set and pedicure came in with inspiration pictures ( last photos posted ) 6 hrs later I walked out with a horrible set ( middle photo ) and a “prose promise” to get them fixed the following day. The fix was still nothing close to the simple look asked for, I asked the nail half way through it she could adjust it and she was unable because the nail product would have to be removed completely. Still paid for my nails through membership that was purchased before their opening. Very disappointed in the outcome, the nails where not what I asked for, final nails posted in last photo.

Nina is fantastic! Everyone at the salon is friendly and welcoming. They strive to make sure you are comfortable. The gel manicure and pedicure were expertly completed.Everything is emaculatly clean and all surfaces are disinfected after each client. It is a spa experience that beats any other nail salon.

I had an amazing experience at Prose today. This was my first time trying the sculpting gel manicure and I am in love. Elizabeth did exactly what I asked for when it came to length, shape, and design. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect and to my liking. The other workers made sure I was comfortable and even gave me a neck warmer during the manicure. I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

I first tried Prose nails today and I was fully surprised and impressed by my nail technician, Makaya. From the cleanliness to the pampering, I kept comparing her services to other salons I had gone to previously, there was No comparison. My pedicure was so relaxing along with her foot massage, it was just what the doctor ordered. So, go ahead and pamper yourself! Life is too short.

I was in for a manicure that was supposed to be an hour long service. It was only 39 minutes, polish was applied too thick in spots, my nails were not filed smoothly, and on day 2, the polish is already coming off in places, it feels kind of sticky in places like it didn’t cure well, and my one nail is cracked and the polish is peeling. It was also a very expensive gel manicure. Most other places in the area don’t charge over $40 and it was $55. Nina was very nice, but attention to detail with filing nails and applying polish just wasn’t there. I initially left thinking that my nails looked OK, and then realized once I got to work how the quality just wasn’t there. I always feel bad leaving negative reviews, but for $55, it should have been better than when I do my nails myself.

Made an appointment Friday for Saturday evening, all is well they could get me in right away. Thought it was odd they asked for me credit card information over the phone but gave it anyway to secure my spot. I specifically asked them the price of a hard gel refill so I could bring enough cash with me – was quoted $65 (no design). let them know I have gel on currently.
