Although everyone was very nice and they did get me in as a walk-in for a manicure and pedicure, after sitting under the fan for at least 20 minutes nails still weren’t dry and got messed up. Should be a better way Manicure, Pedicure

I came in to Pro Nails today with my father and wife and we had a total blast! We all had the Volcano treatment while watching the legendary Johnny Depp film Chocolat and drinking white wine. Tina, Cindy and Ni had us feeling like royalty from the second we walked in. Highly recommended.

I’ve been here many times. The pedicures are awesome! It’s a great way to relax my muscles and they’re super welcoming to a normal guy like me. I highly recommend this spot!

The work was very good and fast… the pedicure is to die for I felt like I had new legs and feet with the sports pedicure. I do alot of standing for work and that pedicure is fit for a woman too. Foot massages, Manicure, Acrylic nails, Pedicure

This is the nicest salon I’ve found in Pasadena. The staff are kind, helpful, and quick. The salon itself is very clean and they’ve always done a good job with COVID protocols.

Critical: ProfessionalismDAMAGED. Nail burning sensation (going on the 3rd day) and thin, brittle nails due to the improper method for removing gel nail polish at this salon. After my horrible experience at this salon, I looked up the correct way to remove gel nail polish, which is to allow the nails to be wrapped and soaked in acetone nail polish remover for 10-15 minutes and then gently scrape off (with a thin metal nail scrapper) any remaining polish. The nail tech only left on the nail polish remover for a brief few minutes and then used a DRILL to my natural nails to remove the remaining polish. A DRILL, which is NOT the correct professional method. My nails were left in pain, scratched up (from the drill), still BURNING sensation for now day 3, thin, brittle and constant breaking. Before my treatment at this salon, my nails were longer, healthier and stronger. Not anymore due to the poor practices from this salon.Service: Gel manicuresDAMAGED.
