Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy first sign should have been that they were the only place in town that wasn’t booked & could take a walk-in. I’ve visiting from out of town and needed a pedicure so I thought I would give them a try since many years ago they were great. What a disappointment, not only was the place filthy but the girl said “ I always hope we get no customers because I just want to relax” . My pedicure took 15min from beginning to end. I chose the package that included a scrub, mask, and massage …. I got no massage and she said the scrub and mask were all in one and no cuticle care or nail shaping. Then the color I picked she said she didn’t like and was going to throw it out so she then handed me a color swatch and she judged the bright color I chose as well. My first sign should have been that they were the only place in town that wasn’t booked & could take a walk-in. I’ve visiting from out of town and needed a pedicure so I thought I would give them a try since many years ago they were great. First he told us he had time and sat us down(had to brush off ants). He then went outside to take a smoke break. Came back inside and didn’t even wash his hands(they looked filthy). There were roaches crawling around and the place looked like they hadn’t cleaned it since before the pandemic. He did not paint my daughters nails the color she wanted and only painted half of her nails. Needless to say I washed her hands good and sanitized right after. Walking into this place I should’ve known I’d regret it. My daughter was so set on getting her nails done and everywhere else I tried was booked. First he told us he had time and sat us down(had to brush off ants). He then went outside to take a smoke break. Came back inside and didn’t even wash his hands(they looked filthy). There were roaches crawling around and the place looked like they hadn’t cleaned it since before the pandemic.
