Taylor at the front desk is splendid. Some clothing outside caught my eye and she graciously invited me into the salon and welcomed me in like family! It was very refreshing to see someone so personable and professional. I have not received any treatment from the salon (yet) but just by judging how nice and accommodating the staff is; I will definitely be back!

The pedicure stations are private cabanas and so comfortable that offer so many features including the ability to have a full manicure and pedicure simultaneously. The hair dryers hang from the ceiling which is not only so cool, but makes it better for the stylist. The staff is always welcoming and so pleasant. The vibe is upbeat and fabulous. Proper and Polished offers every type of service under one roof which I absolutely love! I feel like it’s one stop shopping in an amazing spa/salon format. They also sell pretty and unique fashion. Joanna and her team are wonderful in every way and I highly recommend!! Every time I go into Proper and Polished I have the best experience and never want to leave! The space itself is so pretty and inviting as well as innovative. I have been getting eyelash extensions from P & P for a few months now. I always had a problem keeping them on because I have allergies that make my eyes water. My eyes were always red for a few days after getting them done. After Denise left I got them done by Sumer. I had the same situation happen to me that happened in the only negative review that was posted yesterday. I am writing to say that I was offered a complimentary re-fill. Sumer used a different tape under my eyes. She did my lashes and they came out absolutely beautiful ~ I get so many compliments on them ~ and the best thing of all is that NONE of my lashes have fallen off and it has been over a week!! No redness, no itching….and Sumer ~ for a young lady her bedside manner is both professional and extremely calm. Good luck in your new position at P & P ~ your doing awesome!!! Love the salon!!
