I’ve been getting my nails done here since I moved to Cumberland in April. I’ve had my nails done by everyone at least once. They are all very talented and I’m always beyond happy with how my nails look when I leave. It is a very friendly atmosphere, and I’ve been lucky to meet and chat with some amazing people. This is probably the worst experience I have had at a nail salon. My daughter went in for acrylics and came out with four nails different lengths most of them smudged and when she complained the lady filed them down and didn’t really fix them. I called to complain and the person I spoke to told me to bring her back. All the techs looked at her nails, she was told the $70 she paid were going to be returned and he would do her nails. He only took off the nails and gave her the money back. My daughter walked out with no acrylic nails, her nails hurting and wasted time. Never go into this place it is absolutely horrible!

Always had Danny, always happy. Had Jenny today she was not in a good mood this morning and was rude and rushed through my nails. I was a walk in at 10:00 and I think she missed some of her customers taking care of me and it showed. She was obviously very upset and took it out on me. I’ll make an appointment next time and use Danny. Nail art

Started off good ended horrible my nails are a mess they are smudged when I touched nothing was told I did. I have chips whites spots and bubble all over multiple nails. Then to find out the price.
