I have been to this place 3-4 times now. I had great experience with Tina. Canna did my manicure with acrylic once and she cut into my cuticles even when I was telling her that it was painful and was bleeding. She kept filing the tender cuticle and I had to ask her to stop. So decided not to go to her again. This time I did fill set acrylic with Kim, she does nails well usually I heard. But my nails were chipping in 3 days and I went back. She was pretty rude asking me which color I picked, how am I supposed to know the name of the color!? Then she filed my nail and told me that it’s probably because I am typing and using my nails more. I was appalled by the fact that there was no apology or even niceness in the way she talked. I have done this several times before in other places and this is first time it has happened. I am sure it was because the base was not done properly and not se before the polish was applied. When you pay this mush you expect a minimum decency of niceness and possibly a 10% off for the next one. Not really happy as this could chip again!

Critical: Quality, ValueI went here because my regular salon was closed. I was happy that they took me as a walk in. The woman who did my nails was very nice, but the quality was terrible. Within 2 days my gel manicure was starting to peel on the edges and a week later it has completely come off. For comparison a gel manicure can usually last me 2.5-3 weeks.
