I had the most unwelcome experience from this salon. I took my 12 year old daughter to get her nails done as well as mine. This was our first time there. The tried up charging for everything from gel, to shape then more money cause more acrylic. The woman who did my nails was the manager i believe and she rushed so fast that i had tips and a full set in less than 10 minutes. They were crooked uneven and did i mention the pain!!! She had her drill so high i think she might have went through my nail bed. My suggestion is Amy at the Walmart nails in moon. She’s fantastic!!! Don’t waste your time with pro rudeness. They are money hungry and that’s it. I asked them to take mine off and my daughter left with her tips still on because the two older nail techs were screaming so loud.

This was my first time going to this salon and I will never go again! I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I got a fill-in and polish on my toes. The tech was an older lady and very rude for no reason. She handed me the file for my nails and said “you file yourself”. I told her that’s what I’m paying you for. When she finished filing my hand, instead of just letting it go she would flick (throw) my hand. After she finish polishing my toes she dropped a bin on my foot, didn’t apologize, messed up the polish and didn’t want to fix it. I am not satisfied with how she shaped or polished my nails. I never write reviews but this one deserved it!

Decided to try this place since it’s close to where I live. Went in on 3/18 for a mani/pedi for a wedding and by 3/21 four of my nails chipped and most of them had bubbles in them. My pedicure was chipped as well. I went back with pictures for them to see and to get them fixed. They were very rude to me and did not want to fix them at first. The lady that eventually fixed them was the same lady that did them the first time and she did not care one bit. This manicure was so sloppy. Nail polish left on the sides of my fingers, she only filed one hand, and did not put enough coats on so they are streaky. Very displeased, and will not be returning.

Horrible experience. Older lady that did my nails did not say one word the whole time. Did an entire gel manicure in about 15 min because she rushed so fast. Left nail polish all over the sides of my fingers. All chipped and peeled off within 2 days. Do not go here. Do not waste your money. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I went to ProNails for the first time on Monday. I am totally impressed! I was going to another nail salon in the Wexford/Gibsonia area for about seven years and I decided I wanted to find one a little closer to home. I looked into several places and their reviews and decided I would try ProNails. So glad I did! Lisa (the Owner) is absolutely fantastic. She is a perfectionist and very professional. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job on my nails and pedicure. The salon is clean and well established. I would highly recommend Lisa and her staff at ProNails!
