Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDo yourself a favor and do not go here at any cost. They are so dirty and fitly. I should have got up and walked out but I was getting married the next day and it was 7pm so I couldn’t go anywhere else. I was praying the whole time I was getting my nails done that I wouldn’t get an infection. The guy was so rough. He hurt me so bad. My nails were so sore for a WEEK after getting them done because he sawed them down too far. This was just the worst experience I’ve ever had and he put them on wayyyy to thick. A month after the wedding I still couldn’t take them off because they were too thick. Even soaking in 100% pure acetone wouldn’t take them off I had to rip them off along with what was left of my natural nail. Please do not go here at any cost. Ummm… how do I say this without being mean? DO THEY NEED OUR BUSINESS OR WE NEED THEIR THEIRS?? Walked up to this place for eye brow wax. I asked the lady if they did eye brows she said yes. I asked how much she said $8.00. I asked how many were ahead of me and she walked off on me. So I asked a guy near by and he paid me no attention. I looked back over at the lady who said they did eyebrows and she was asking someone else what they were getting done then she looked at me and said sit down. I sat down and she literally never gave me her undivided attention. She was just waxing all over the place then pulled some random tweezers out her pocket and started tweezing them. I felt like they should have been sanitized or something. I just didn’t enjoy this experience. I have stubby hairs where it’s suppose to be waxed off. No definition idk.. I’ve experienced way better.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to do a soak off and the lady used a nail tip to attempt to take off my nails. I told her multiple times she was hurting me and told me okay. Then yanked off the fake nail causing me to bleed. I got up and left without finishing the service. Definitely don’t recommend!!!!!

The lady who did my pedicure was so rough that she made me bleed. Not only that but she kept putting alcohol on it to make it stop, when all it was doing was making it burn. She kept rubbing that area hard even though she knew she cut through the skin deeply. She only massaged both my legs for thirty seconds each, when every other place does it for ten or more minutes. The lady who did my finger nails was on her bluetooth the entire time she did my nails. So unprofessional! And expensive! And when I asked her to cut my nails shorter, she said it would be too short and didn’t do it like I asked. Won’t ever be going again. Not worth my money!
