I love the people at this Medispa, especially the Falls Church location. They are super Accommodating and friendly. For the treatments themselves the technicians are very well trained. They are very informative about the procedure and make sure you are comfortable. To add, they are always available to answer questions and clarify the procedures. I have been receiving full body laser hair removal treatments from Anusha and it has been an amazing experience. She is so great at explaining the procedures, so thorough in her work, and a great person to chat with! The laser itself is so great (nearly completely pain free and a very different experience than what I had before in Las Vegas) and the advanced machine, plus efficiency of Anusha, gets me in and out in no time. Completed my six laser and the results was ok it could be a lot better but overall great. The lady that did my laser I felt was a bit judgmental , didn’t smile and she didn’t looked like she wanted to do my laser I’m not sure if it’s cause I’m black but I felt really uncomfortable my whole 6 treatments. It felt like she was always rushing and not take her time and she was missing some spots too. I would go back but maybe with someone else and they really need to work on that.
