I highly recommend this laser hair removal salon. I had been going to this expensive place where celebrities go and the results were terrible. I decided to give this place a shot and I am beyond happy. The customer service is literally amazing. Everyone is so sweet and helpful. Ive noticed amazing results!!

The staff here are very nice and helpful getting you in the door. They even price their match Groupon pre purchase prices which is nice. My issue was I wanted fillers, got price matched for fillers waited two weeks for an appointment, which I gave up a Saturday afternoon for and looked forward to, and as soon as I sit in the treatment chair I’m being upsold and the nurse, Laila, is insisting vehemently on Botox. I do not want Botox and said it several times and she insists. This is my face, I know it well and she gives me her resume which I clearly am not interested in. She got me so upset there was no way I would ever trust her touching me. The negative energy was heavy. What a waste of time. So upsetting I could not leave fast enough. They couldn’t pay me to go back, the up selling was that ridiculous.

Super professional and friendly staff!! Had a botox consultation with Laila she was able to explain the treatment thoroughly and made me feel super comfortable, I walked out so well informed will be scheduling my my tx with her ASAP! And for Laser hair removal all the nurses are great that I have had but Sophia makes it so enjoyable I look forward to my appointments with her

Phenomenal customer service and treatment center. I usually don’t leave reviews for businesses unless they do an over-the-top job . I came to Sherman oaks Prolase a few years ago after having a terrible laser experience at Newlook (very rude/uneducated staff and lasers that didn’t work on me… they would make my hair turn darker and longer AFTER treatment- and yes I have light skin composure w dark hair). I decided to switch over to Prolase and have been going there ever since. Staff has always accommodated me whether I needed a last minute appointment change or cancellations, taking me even when I have come in late, super genuinely friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable throughout your whole process, well-educated nurses and not to mention great laser results! I no longer need to shave/wax/bleach my hair, 0 laser treatment incidents and feel so much more confident with my body now. Choose Prolase and you won’t be disappointed!

I came in today in regards to their pricing. Girl sitting on the desk really didn’t happen to answer my questions. She wasn’t sure about the prices when I asked. I first asked about full body. And then asked about lower face and neck, she just kinda just showed me a shoulder. She didn’t show me any prices brochure, she told me to look on the website while I am standing in front of her. And I asked her if I can come in for a consult she said to call the Call Center. Very bad experience. Not welcoming at all.

First time having laser hair removal done. Great experience here, with very nice and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend checking them out here! Always seem to have some good appointments available based on my schedule, which will really love. They are even around on Sundays! Considering having some other areas done in the future. Be sure to check out their package pricing if you need some treatments and want to save some cash.

The prices are the most reasonable I could find. Their lobby is lovely and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are always really friendly and the nurses that do the treatments are fantastic. I am an extremely modest person but the nurse that I get my laser treatments from makes it feel like I’m hanging out with my best friend. Highly recommend!

I’ve only been to two sessions, but if I could give this place 6 stars I would. They are great all around: nice staff, professional atmosphere, clean space. But the receptionist who was kind enough to whisper my treatment area to me (three times because I could barely hear her) was the sweetest. Not that I care that anyone knows I was getting a bikini area treatment, but it was sweet that she was trying to keep it private from other people in the waiting room. Props for the courtesy!

I will be honest everybody results is different. This was my sixth visit every time I had a different nurse but today I had a person that deserves recognition. Her name is Caresse. Caresse goes beyond her Duty and what I mean by that is number one she reviewed very carefully my previous treatments. Number to she’s been decent amount of time asking me what kind of results I am looking for. Number three she went to consult with another nurse how much she can increase the settings on a laser. Number four she was constantly asking and make sure that I’m comfortable with the new settings. After all she’s very caring very compassionate employee she deserves recognition she really likes what she does. She communicates very clearly with the patients. she always ask if you are comfortable and if there is anything else she can do for you.
