I have been a client of Val’s for about 10 years now and I truly cannot recommend her, or her team at Progressive Esthetics, enough! They are always professional, incredibly knowledgeable about all things skincare, and so much more. They are one of the few places I have felt comfortable going to during the pandemic. Started with her in Dover, and then of course when she followed her heart and came home to Rochester to open her first downtown location. She is a very knowledgeable and caring Esthetician who doesn’t “take chances” with your skin care. I had an issue with my skin and she suggested dermatologist route before any more facials. I am thankful she did! I now see Jade who is so very kind and knowledgeable as well. Can’t go wrong here in my opinion! Just wish I could “treat myself” to visiting them more often; this aging skin loves their care!I have been seeing Val for many years! I have been seeing Val for many years! Started with her in Dover, and then of course when she followed her heart and came home to Rochester to open her first downtown location. She is a very knowledgeable and caring Esthetician who doesn’t “take chances” with your skin care. I had an issue with my skin and she suggested dermatologist route before any more facials. I am thankful she did! I now see Jade who is so very kind and knowledgeable as well. Can’t go wrong here in my opinion!
