Tara is amazing. She is always patient. She has really spent time cutting my hair every time I have been there. She makes sure you leave every time with a haircut that you really like. She is truly a highly skilled stylist. I visited many salons and barber shops before I found Tara. Not only did Tara listen to what I wanted but she also suggested different styles. I can truly say she has been the best stylist I have ever met. Something else that impresses me about Tara is her commitment to her clients. She is usually very busy but still manages to be friendly and spend enough time with every single one of her client to get the desired results.I am very pleased with my experience at Creative Cutz.

We absolutely love Tara and the staff at Creative Cutz. My son and I started going there after a wonderful recommendation from a good friend. I am always nervous about switching shops, but after meeting Tara I was at ease. She has great ideas and always takes her time. My daughter and my husband also have started going to the salon and have been very pleased, and that is quite a feat. She is extremely affordable and always running a special. I do not hesitate to recommend Tara or Monica. You will be pleased.

VERY IMPRESSED!! First time, showed up for my appointment to find the door locked and was a bit confused/annoyed as to what was going on. I later got a call from the owner. Turns out there was an emergency and no one was able to make it in. Tara was incredibly apologetic…but no one can help when an emergency happens!! The shop closed at 6 and it was well after that when she called me. She even had me come in that night and did my hair cut and color way after hours just to accommodate me. And she did a wonderful job too! I went from brunette to blonde and she took her time and added extra (hopefully I get this right) toning…to make sure the color was perfect. She did an amazing job and made sure I was pleased with the color and cut without making me feel rushed (again, this was way after hours). I can tell she loves what she does and she’s GREAT at it. Love my color and cut. I’ve decided I won’t go to anyone else from this point on. Already booked my next appointment!

I called at 11am wanting an appointment sometime the same day and Tara managed to squeeze me in at 1pm! She really paid attention to what I wanted done to my hair (a full two color dye) and when she was finished, I couldn’t believe the results! The price was also the most reasonable I’ve ever paid. I’ve never left a salon feeling better. Thank you!

There is a disconnect in communication between the owner and the stylists. We made an appointment for 10 AM on a Sunday because there are very few salons open on Sundays and my daughter had a dance recital. The stylists didn’t open the salon until 10:15 and said that the owner had the computer, so they didn’t know when the appointments were scheduled for. I had actually chosen the owner (unknowingly) as our stylist, but she was not present at the salon. The stylist Kaci did my daughter’s hair and did a good job, but it would be helpful if the stylists were aware of the appointments made and if the owner was present for the appointments made with her.

I made an appointment for a salon service at a $45 Groupon Rate. When I arrived for my 4:30 appointment for my haircut and full highlight service upon sitting down to start my service I discussed with Tara possibly adding low lights, including the fee. Tara said then it would now cost $55- a $10 upcharge, I thought that was reasonable. I think it is standard to pay $10-$20, I agreed to that price for the entire service.

Honestly girls, save your time and money and find a real stylist. The main stylist is originally from great clips (low quality salon to begin with) cried about my hair while she was taking my money…not professional. Her boyfriend just sits in her salon. My hair is ruined and will have to redo. My only solace is knowing I will never have to nickel and dime people for bad service to make a living. Please do not support estabishment.
