this lady didn’t even do what i asked for and completely ruined my hair i am still trying to get the color back to normal. i asked for a root touch up because i had my hair colored before and had some grow out and also asked for some money pieces. she completely covered my head in foils (bleach) i never asked to be blonde and my hair was straight yellow with spots of bleach everywhere. Afterwards she didn’t even ask if i wanted my hair styled she just curled it to cover up all of the spots of bleach everywhere. My hair is now damaged from all of the bleach and now i can’t get my hair back to its original color. i don’t even know her name but i’m pretty sure she was the owner. I am so mad and DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Profiles for at least 8 years and while they have had a change in management; they are very good, service oriented and they appreciate their customers. The salon is spacious so you do not feel so close to other Customers while you are getting your hair done. Stylists dress professionally as well. Also, if there is a product that you need abd they do not have, they will get it for you! One of the best stylist is Sarah Hartman.

She made me feel comfortable enough to trust her on how she did my hair and she did not disappoint! Couldn’t do what she said even though I sent pics days before and sent pics of my hair. Should of told me she couldn’t I would of picked something else and let me leave salon looking like a clown. Said she could fix in two weeks. Lady I’m not walking around like this for two weeks. Had to go to Sally’s and buy black hair dye. So upset right now. I left salon balling all the way to my car. I love all the girls who have waxed my brows and cut my hair. My favorite is Kayla, but my schedule hasn’t worked with hers lately, so I see whoever is available. They are always so helpful in answering all my dumb questions about hair tips. Great prices, and they can usually get me in pretty quickly.
