I called first because of their high ratings , and drove over because they said that walk ins are always welcome ! The young blonde asks me if I have an appointment, I told her no, and she says there is no one available, and refused my patronage. They pick and choose who they want to serve. ( Very Shameful! ) They were not busy, the Google search confirmed they weren’t busy, I would of waited until someone was finished with their customer.. I just needed a simple 15 min trim… I am new to the area, and looked at their Goggle ratings before visiting, and was REFUSED service on a Friday afternoon. I told the woman , she should update her PA on the phone ,and not make people believe they can drive to their location as a “Walk-IN” , only to be turned away for just a simple haircut!!. I’m sure someone else will love to have my business from now on !

I have very curly hair and I’m picky when it comes to people cutting or styling my hair. I took a chance and went to a place in Paducah unfortunately they completely botched my hair until I saw Kaylee. Kaylee is AMAZING. She did everything perfect and fixed my hair. I am so beyond happy with it. I feel like myself again. I recently moved out here from California and I had to leave my 7 year relationship with my hairstylist. I have very curly hair and I’m picky when it comes to people cutting or styling my hair.
