I visited Profiles today for a haircut by Vicki. She was so thorough in listening to what I wanted (a “V” in the back of my hair), and educated me on my hair type and hairline. She is so professional and friendly and gave me the cut I wanted without me having to provide a photo example. The rest of the staff is so friendly and welcoming; I will definitely be back!
