I don’t go anywhere except Profiles since I discovered them. Natalie is fantastic! We have gotten kids cuts as young as barely one year old, we have gotten a batman design, adult cuts, regular hair coloring as well as fantasy, buzz cuts, and hot towel straight razor shaves. Natalie is patient and loves what she does! The rest of the staff is really good as well.

Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because I made my appointment for a full highlight with foils but when I got there, my stylist said when I called, someone wrote me down as a root touch up. I am little disappointed since I am going on vacation and i drove 75 miles one-way for my appointment. Sammy did a great job with the time she had though and I do like the color that she was able to do and the cut.
