The team at Profile Aesthetics are unmatched! Victoria at the front desk not only welcomed me with such high energy but also gave me a full tour of the facility and went over all of the treatments they proved. Ryan, the PA, answered any and all questions I had and made me feel so comfortable throughout the treatments (definitely the best at what he does) I was also lucky enough to meet Andrea, who runs their social media accounts who was extremely kind and the hype women everyone deserves! Pierre and Brett really payed close attention to the fine details of this spa which makes it what it is. They gained a customer for life!

I received Shockwave Therapy for my neck and found the treatments most satisfying. When following all the instructions for self-treatment, between visits, it helped immensely to ease the pain. Now, with the treatments coming to an end, the pain has diminished to a point where it’s barely noticeable. There is also increased mobility in moving my head and neck in all directions.

I went in for the hydra facial treatment and was blown away. The staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered their facility. After being advised on what would work best for my skin, they started the treatment. The process was seamless and thorough. It’s been a few weeks and people still compliment my post-facial glow. I highly recommend checking this med spa out. I’ll be back for my Botox in a few weeks 🙂

I really had no idea what to expect, but from the second I walked through the door I felt so at ease. The team there are super friendly and greeted me with smiles. They even gave me a tour of the facility, which is beautiful by the way, thank you Brett. They took the time to explain how the assessment process would work and used really slick technology. And when it came to the procedure both Brett and Ryan walked me through what to expect and what to do (and not do) when I left. All in all it was an excellent experience and if you are thinking about any of these services, I would tell you to go to Profile.
