The guy was chill but I really don’t think he knew what a textured 2 block with a burst fade and a 3 on the sides meant. To start, the service for your phone was terrible in the building so I couldn’t even pull up a picture just in case he didn’t know what haircut I wanted. I looked him straight in the eyes and told him if he knew what a 2 block was and he said, “Yeah definitely.” My cut right now is NOT a 2 block let alone a textured one. My girl saw me and was very upset with the results. I have over 80k followers and now I can’t even make content with this atrocious cut. I lost a lot of texture and volume in my hair and the fade looks like it was done by Edward Scissorhands on crack. Below are before and after pictures of my hair. I paid $40 for this when I could’ve gotten the same results at sports clips for $20.

Critical: ProfessionalismUnprofessional. After waiting this morning for 2 hours and 45 minutes (we had a 10 AM APPT), a guy came in hours after we arrived hopped in the chair while I was standing up about to sit my son in the chair. The barber, whose name I didn’t get, unfortunately, then explained that my sons and I would have to wait (AFTER TELLING ME I WAS NEXT) while he cut this guy’s (who he referred to as his regular’s) hair. Of course, I left. I’m new to the area, and this was my first visit to any shop here, and I have NEVER encountered anything so unprofessional. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a barbershop. It’s a shame because it seems as if the barber’s actual work with the razors is proficient; however, the customer service needs to match the skill of the cuts. We won’t be back.Unprofessional. Really depends if you reserve your spot ahead of time. It’s the kinda place where you have to know the barber before going into the shop. The barbers are talented no lie, but It’s a weird atmosphere in the sense they hustle a little to hard at times with certain customers.

In all honesty I don’t appreciate the two hour wait time and the fact that they’ll “make up” their own prices off the top of their head! Sign says 15.00 for kids 12 and under then they go ahead and add 5.00 to 10.00 more to the cost of a damn haircutt! Why should we have to pay more for waiting for an hour? My advice is: Watch them because they’ll take advantage of you. Not returning after this experience.
