Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe owner is not professional at all. Not only is he rude, but he does not hear his customers out. I was doing my nails with him after waiting a long time, I told him what I wanted. Throughout the whole process he did not only rush with me, but also rushed with the customer before me. Since my nails only came out horrible (they were thick and crooked) I told him I did not like them at all, he was rude and told me “that’s the way they’re suppose to look” I think tf not. He just said he had to go and made another tech do my nails. I would completely avoid this place what a waste of time.The owner is not professional at all. The owner is not professional at all. Not only is he rude, but he does not hear his customers out. I was doing my nails with him after waiting a long time, I told him what I wanted. Throughout the whole process he did not only rush with me, but also rushed with the customer before me. The ladies here are extremely friendly and the salon is clean and welcoming. I came in with no acrylics and thought I’d have a set put on since its been some time. I wanted the nails cut short and showed a picture of the length I desired. They ended up much longer than I wanted which is t that big of a deal. However the acrylic is extremely thick and because of this they tips uneven. I will have to get them fixed. Because of the friendly staff I may give it another try but not sure if I’d get acrylics done again.

The place is so clean, the manicurists are professional and nice. Prices ok. Rarely busy during the week. Very covid careful with plexiglass around each chair.

I took my daughter to your salon today. Very ugly. She has formal tomorrow and I’m very disappointed. Now she is crying because they are very thick and smooshed. The man said he “couldn’t fix it.” Is there a rating for no stars?
