Possibly the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I asked for neon yellow French tips with an almond shape — and I left with the photos below. (I knew the color would be different than what I’d asked for – she did tell me this up front.) The tech wasn’t able to get straight lines with the dip, so her solution was to paint over the tips with white and then yellow – which made them WAY too thick.

Terrible experience. I told my nail tech, Diane, multiple times throughout my nail service that I didn’t like the shape to my nails. Every time I told her something I didn’t like, she huffed and puffed. She left acrylic stains all over my fingers and there was a buildup of acrylic in my cuticle. I told the manager I was unhappy with the service and asked if they could fix it. I only got a file on the top of my nail and was told a $5 discount. I was also told “When you don’t like something you dont go again.” Obviously, I won’t be back but the fact that there was blatant disrespect and no effort to fix my nail. Diane argued with me, walked up to me in an attempt to intimidate me and just flat out didn’t listen. Kelly was no help either stating nothing was wrong with my nails. Will definitely not be back and would recommend you to go elsewhere as well.

The technician kept nicking my skin with the electric nail file and finally drew blood. She didn’t clean off my previous nail polish properly and you could see it on my fingers and can still see it around the nails. The nail polish is pretty ragged around the nail bed. Overall, really sloppy and painful.

I travel all across America, and I make it a point to get my nails done in every state im in. This experience by far is the worst one yet. Consumers you are being ripped off for the services they provide. The nail techs “we” my daughter and i used were very cunning in they’re sales technique. Not only did they overcharge us for services we received but they were services we did not ask for! They post prices but at the end of your nail work the prices we were charged were outrageous! We were given a 40.00 service and were charged double. To top it off they look like Lee press on nails. nails. Buyer beware, make sure you tell them what you want, make it CLEAR, and ask for a price. Or better yet go to Queen Nails!

I have been here twice. The first time I paid $68 for a full set with no chip. The final product looked terrible and nails started coming off a few days later. I had said that I would never go back to this place. Unfortunately, I needed a fill-in and they were the only ones available. I was hoping that it would be a better experience. This was Saturday and it is now Monday (2 days later) my nails are already coming off. $40 for a fill-on.

It was such a wonderful experience with Kelly. I’m new in aurora so I was recommended to go with her and I do NOT regret it. She was so nice and gentle she took her time perfecting me I came in with a picture to honor our month of June of what i wanted and she did just that such a good experience for my daughter and I. My 6 year old got her manicure and pedicure and she was living the life she really enjoyed herself. I will so be coming in every time we need a little spoiling it’s my new favorite place. Thank you ladies everyone was so nice and welcoming ️
