If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. Let me start off by saying I’m usually a nail biter so growing out my nails with dip powder has made a huge change and is very important to me. The man that did my nails there started aggressively filing my nails when I asked him to be more gentle since these are my natural nails he started laughing and said it’s okay. This is how my nails ended up after I got up and walked away and paying a total of $50, mind you $35 for pedicure. You do the math it’s ridiculous. They will be hearing from my bank and needless to say I will never in my life go back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never written a review for a nail salon but i had to for this place. My friend recommended this salon so I decided to come; when I walked in they barely greeted me. When I told one of the owners that I wanted acrylic nails and a pedicure, she told me it would be $60.They had one man there prepping my nails to put the acrylic nails on and he drilled my nails for so long that it was starting to burn, my real nail is now paper thin. When Jason (the owner) did my nails they did not come out how I wanted them to at all! I had to keep asking him to fix it my nails and it just seemed like he rushed all the way through. He didn’t even give me the colors I wanted but I had to leave to go somewhere anyways so I just didn’t say anything. My design wasn’t even that difficult compared to the pictures they have on their instagram.When it was time to check out he upcharged me $10 more for whatever reason but I just let it be because $70 wasnt much anyways.I went back the next day to have the other owner Tiffany fix them and it still was a rush job compared to her pictures of the nails she’s done on instagram.Literally that within that week I had MULTIPLE nails break in the middle and it hurt so much! I realized my real nails split in half as well. I don’t even do anything to make my nails break easily! Several times I’ve come here and had to wait for hours. I never complained because I always felt my nails were worth it. But today was the FINAL straw. I had an appointment with Jason that I made a week ago. I drove 35 min to my appointment and NO ONE was there except 1 lady who I’ve never seen before. I told her I had an appointment for a fill with Jason. She kept trying to get me to go to someone else that she could call in. I told her I made the appointment with Jason and if he was not available I would wait for Tiffany. She offered a pedicure while I waited and I said OK. It was my birthday weekend and I need it done anyway. During the pedicure she let it be known that Tiffany and Jason were not answering the phone. She told me to call. I did and he apologized and said he had an emergency. I understand emergencies happen however I wish I would have forgotten a phone call letting me know before I made the 35 min drive. He said he would offer to cover my gas by giving me $20 off. He also mentioned that he nor his wife would be coming in and that he would get his brother to do my nails. Considering it’s my birthday and that is not what I wanted I said no thank you and I would pay for my pedicure and leave. The lady acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying and continued to charge me $40 for my pedicure. I called Jason back and he said no it’s $10 off. I said no, you said $20 off and either way she has already charged me. He offered no resolution. I filed a claim with my bank as fraud and I will not be returning.

A couple of nail tech here are good. I got my manicure done a couple of times here. The pedicure is horrible. She does not want to scrub my feet. She cut my toe nails, cleaned it up and ready to put gel on it. And when I asked her about scubbing my heel etc. She told me $5 more which is not my issue, but other places I go, do thw basi scrubbing and extra for callous removal. Even the sugar scub that they usually use on the legs, she did grudgingly. This is my 2nd time doing pedicure here and it’s been same experience. I won’t go back there for pedicure.

Very bad service, the girl Tifanny was very arrogant and to go do other nails she was doing me a different design and incidentally something totally ugly and she left me there without telling me I’m done and she left to do my nails or another client and then another boy came to trying to fix what she had done and everything was leaving my nails ugly so I told them that they better do something else on that nail because she couldn’t do it as it was in the image and she still comes in angry saying why didn’t I tell her before and she never told me that she couldn’t do that design. It’s not my fault it’s hers for not saying what she can and can’t do.

They are horrible! The owner criticized my nails because I didn’t come to her establishment to do them. And then one of her workers spoke about my eyebrows because I didn’t do my eyebrows with them! I will never go back there! Very unprofessional! What happen to supporting each others businesses! SMH

Absolutely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been in my life. I kid you not!!! This is a fresh new set done by Jason Seconds after they were done. Jason is the owner and it looks like they were done by a newbie. Not smooth, dips in the middle- looks like he forgot to put powder on parts of the nail. I also used my voice to text translator app on my phone-& let me tell you… they talk very bad about ALL THE CUSTOMERS!!!! Including the ones they were laughing and being friendly with. I was mortified by how unprofessional Jason and his staff were being. I wouldn’t be surprised if the salon are not following proper health codes.

service was trash always come here i went with someone knew because mama wasn’t here and she was in a rush scrapped my skin which is irritated now, left still things under my toenails BC SHE WAS IN A RUSH. I went back and they didn’t do nothing about it. Never going back very disappointed they didn’t take this seriously Pedicure
