Was having a 50th birthday party so I went there for the first time to get A brand new set of nails and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but when I got home and looked at my nails they weren’t glued all the way down to my real nail. I called them back about five days later because I was In the middle of getting my birthday party ready and they did not offer any compensation at all! Will never go back!

I had a pedicure manicure and a full set of nails I tried to explain to the guy there what I wanted it was going to be the 4th of July and I wanted red white and blue on one of my nails he did not understand a word I said so I said you know what it’s OK forget it I also wanted a design and 1 of my toes he did not understand that I paid a $150 to get all this done the way they wanted not the way I wanted, there is no communication if they don’t understand what I’m saying I was not rude I was just a bit upset. I will never go there again. My nails weren’t that great either my nails look like they’re pointing up.

They file people’s toe nails then use the same file on you on your hands without washing it or anything. They dont have the blue disinfectant liquid anywhere in the salon where they should have the nail brushes soaking. Also it’s overpriced! They file people’s toe nails then use the same file on you on your hands without washing it or anything. I got a spa pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good, but the manicure was a wreck. I was there for 2 hours and my nails were still tacky when I left. If the polish I chose wasn’t good, they should have said something. Now I’m home, 3 hours later, and my nails are a mess. They’re imprinted smudged and clumped up. (And I’m not hard on them, I was trying to be careful) I’m going to have to remove the polish and do them again. What a waste of time. hopefully the pedicure lasts
