Good salon and nice haircuts but don’t bother making an appointment because you won’t be seen on time or even close to the appointment time anyways. Just walk in. EDIT: in response to the business’s response–I hope so too, I don’t mind the salon at all it’s just the timeliness. I don’t mean to nit pick, but he didn’t start getting cut until 45 minutes after the appointment time (I remember specifically because we had to leave my fiance at the shop to go to another appointment, which we were hoping he’d be able to attend with us, unfortunately he missed a lot of it.) We’re happy to come back, I’m born and raised Chicago so I get that barbershops are loose on time, but I figured the appointment feature on the website would temper that, so I’m just letting people know not to really rely on the appointment function and to come in with like an hour buffer time regardless.

Made an appointment online 3 days prior, no response or confirmation. So I decided to call a day before to confirm, the owner Dave asked to shift to a different time which I didn’t mind. Show up 9:00 AM which was the requested time, shop completely empty. Tried calling a few times, no response. Waited 15 mins & nothing… New to the area & trying to support local business, but time is money & I don’t like wasting either.
