Critical: QualityI went on Valentine’s Day for a simple trim as I was walking around the mall. I received choppy awful layers and a chunky hole of my hair missing at the bottom. I went back for her to fix it, she made it worse and then sent me to another stylist in the salon because she’s “better.” When I went to the new person, she said there wasn’t much she could do to fix it without cutting more and I didn’t want to cut more. She did something but not much at all. I ended up with a U shape on my top layer and almost a V shape on my bottom layer. This left me with a weird semi circle look in my hair. The lady told me to let it grow out. I was livid. I ended up going to another salon and the hairstylist was like “don’t know how they even did what they did and yes I can fix it without cutting much off” she fixed it almost brand new since there was still some THINNING SCISSOR DAMAGE. But for the most part it was fixed and I had no more anxiety about it. I wish I could attach pictures here. I have a picture from each time I went. Time #1, #2 and the new salon. Do not recommend because the manager was clueless that any of this happened until I asked for a refund. I went on Valentine’s Day for a simple trim as I was walking around the mall. I received choppy awful layers and a chunky hole of my hair missing at the bottom. I had my hair done 2.5 weeks ago. Paid almost 200 for it. A week later, my hair was yellow and pink, which was not what I asked for or had done. So I go back on one of my only days off, after visiting my grandfather in the hospital who just had a heart attack, only to be told that I had waited too long to get it fixed, and I supposedly had been “told” it would fade. Despite my frustration, i was still willing to pay all over again for my hair to he fixed because it looked terrible. The owner refused to help me, told me to go to another salon. When I asked if she could call the other salons so that I wouldn’t waste my time walking around (most salons are closed sundays and mondays), she refused again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money here

Very unsatisfied with hair color. My hair gained chemical damage only. But no color updates. The toning didn’t do anything. An offer to do something else would’ve been better than charging for something that won’t work. My roots update got so low that now I have to update all of my hair !! Nice staff but I was not delivered the service needed !!!

While a friendly and clean salon to my knowledge of such things in the one instance i’ve gone to this place I found the quality of even a simple cut to be muddled by one of the people working here. not only were my side burns very well uneven and needed correcting but on the right side of my face part of the topside frontal area of hair that becomes part of the side of the side burn closest to your mouth was shaved slightly by a quarter inch while the other side was not. Noticeable? Perhaps not but for the ridge of hair that naturally grows almost as a widows peek would protruding from both sides of my face of which i’m very fond of and having been shaved cannot be replaced evenly forcing me to finish the front of the cut myself at home. I may not know a major deal or have gone to a school for such things but how to use a pair of clippers and to not shave one side of hte face in an altering way without asking the customer first I find to be a poor deal. I will not be returning to this place and perhaps would be better off finding a barber for cheaper to do a simple cut for me in the future or continue doing my own hair as I have been and now remember why I do.

took my son for his first haircut and the european lady was so rude and not understanding. he was so scared of the trimmer and would start crying and she would roll her eyes or grunt and get pissed off. this place is supposed to specialize in kids haircuts so patience is a must. never again will I go to this place.
