Lately there have been issues with over booking I think because the last 2 appointments I had they were an hour late to and its seemed a little chaotic.. but the quality of the nails is what brings me back every time. I have natural nails that I get dip over. I asked that I just have dip and Linda repeatedly asked me did I want long nail tips. After repeatedly saying no, she stopped asking. Also, Linda did not like that I asked her to not sand my nails down so much because they are my real nails..I understand that she has to get the old powder off but excessive drilling makes my natural nails thin. I also asked that she not dig and scratch my fingers the way she did. I asked nicely and with a smile. She said sorry and proceeded to do the same thing. I was quiet after that and if her nail dug too hard in my finger I flinched. Those were my only concerns. After I was done, I paid and gave her a tip and then was told by the receptionist , Linda doesn’t want to do my nails anymore. First , I had already decided I wouldn’t be subjecting myself to that again.. And of course it’s Linda’s prerogative who she wants as a client. I do find it concerning that because a client prefers the nails she’s paying for a certain way is a problem for the tech that she no longer wants to work with them. I also did not like how the receptionist kept calling me girl.. not ma’am or miss but anytime she referred to me she called me girl as if it were my name. The overall experience was not inviting nor relaxing and was one of the worst experiences at a nail shop.

I have been coming here for years and I this place is a hidden gem! They do such an amazing job and they are so polite and helpful! I always go to Linda and she’s wonderful! I usually get a dip powder manicure with her and she never disappoints! She shapes my nails really dainty each time which is really hard to do with dip! She does an amazing shape and she always takes her time to make sure I’m happy! Kenny hands down does the best pedicureS EVER! He’s the one man in my life who I know will never disappoint me he’s fantastic I highly recommend him. The receptionist Reem is also really great she’s so helpful! If you are ever thinking of a color she’s one of those people who just gets you and will find you exactly what you want! I love having her recommend me colors and she’s always happy to do it! If you’re looking for a great nail place this is it!

this place is HORRIBLE. i’ll never ever go back. I told her if she can do a certain nail style and she did her own thing. i did not like and OVERLY priced. i do not recommend at all.

Always extremely happy with the services I receive here. Linda is my go to nail person. I won’t let anyone else do my nails. I have been going to her for about 7 years and she doesn’t absolutely amazing job every single time. No matter what design I come up with she gets it done! This is my second time coming to this nail salon and I’m only back because the first experience was a good experience. I hope they are consistent all the time. The services I received were nail fill, pedicure, nail design. Both times I have been satisfied. Price is steep but hey you do get what you pay for! I really liked the way Cathy did my nails the first time as well as the time she took to per-fect the design. I don’t recall the young ladies name who did my pedicure before but she did a decent job. This time my nails and the design on my nails were done by Linda which came out really good. And my pedicure was done by Lee. Both came out good as well. The only con I have is when it comes to the pedicures no matter which one rather it be the cheapest pedicure or the more expensive pedicure services the time spent to deliver good quality services should always be considered especially when it comes to giving good customer service. The first time I came and even this time they barely scrubbed my feet with the pumice stone and if you don’t want callus remover they seem to half way do the job.
