Just recently moved her and needed a new nail salon. These ladies were not professional at all. They said inappropriate things and speaking in there language and looking at me and laughing and the lady who did my pedicure was aggressive pushing my feet and puncher my toe and the lady who did my manicure puncher my finger. I never experience this type of behavior in this type of business before. Will never go back again!!!

Extremely RUDE… Nasty attitude. We were getting 2 pedicures done and we literally stopped 10 minutes in and walked out. Vivi (The owner) has a very nasty attitude and talks to her customers in a very unprofessional manner. It was my first time there, my wife has been there before and we were shocked at how she treated us, spoke to us and spoke to customers coming in asking for appointments. AVOID this place.. you have plenty of other options close by that will treat you with the customer service you deserve and be appreciative of you spending your hard earned money. Horrible experience… would give zero stars if possible.

the worst service i’ve ever received. got cussed out on the phone and they refused to assist me for tomorrow because of the injuries they brought to my toes. toes are bleeding and burning. harshly cut. never going back here ever again except for tomorrow so i can get my money back. Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThey were very nice to me and sat me right away. I appreciate that BUT the people after me were treated was very disrespectful. She was short with them and rude and it seemed like she was going to say anything to make them leave. I did not like her attitude towards them she upset me in the process. They didn’t do anything but walk in and she was rude. Also, the tools were not clean. During the pedicure I kept pulling back and saying it hurt it doesn’t feel right and she said it’s okay and persisted. I pulled back again and said it hurt please don’t dig in my nails like that. Something felt off because I was immediately in pain during and after. A day later I wake up to an infection on my toenails from the dirty tools which has never happened to me. Rude customer service the lady constantly slapped my foot to get my attention after I asked to please stop touching me in such way then began to argue with me and was very rough. The ladies constantly spoke about me to each other and once I caught on and spoke out they started getting defensive with me. Very rude and unsanitary as well I will be sure to never come here again.

I keep giving this place chance after chance but they continue to disappoint & give terrible service. One time I went to get a gel pedicure & one lady did my feet so rough it felt like she had an attitude. I literally had to tell her if she didn’t want to do it she didn’t have to I could go somewhere else & she changed her behavior. Another time I went & was completely ignored, someone had just finished a service for someone else then went to the back instead of trying to see what I needed. I’m never going back to this place. Don’t waste your time!

I just move to Adelanto last Sunday. So I am looking for a new salon to get my nails done. The lady ask me what did I need I told her and it was downhill after that. She was just plajne rude. I will never go back there agin..
