This WAS my favorite nail salon for years! Until recently, the workers there specially one that opens in the mornings has been extremely rude and unprofessional when she speaks to people has bad attitude with clients and myself. Today my daughter went in and the same lady was there with the same bad attitude along with another worker. On top of that her nails we’re Sad to say we’ll be changing nail salon.

They did tend to me quickly but I really do regret spending $85 here for the simplest pedicure and gel fill. Lets start off with how the pedicure was so basic for $50 and the gel on gel on my toes is so blotchy she did one coat. As for my hands wow where do i begin….it looks like a child painted my hands , the lady tells me not to worry it will wash off instead of her cleaning it off . I had to tell her several times to paint the whole nail she was leaving the sides with no polish it literally looks like I already need a fill

Spent 200$ Here and our toe nails weren’t even dry, They were sticky and coming off. It’s the next day and they are still sticky peeling off. Staff was in a rush doing my nails and kept looking at her phone and checking the clock. Nails didn’t end up how I wanted even after asking multiple times and showing pictures. Not a good experience wouldn’t go again.

The staff is extremely friendly and the shop is very clean. They have a huge selection of polish and they get you in and out pretty quickly. This is the only nail salon I felt comfortable going to post COVID because of their stringent protocols. The quality of work you receive can be inconsistent depending on who you see here, but that’s the same everywhere.

My daughter needed her gel tips filled. Gary did a great job. I actually had walked out of another salon because they had me waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I called ahead, before I left the other place, asked if they had immediate opening. They did and the result was better than the other place.
