Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo overall it wasn’t a terrible experience. It was just the pricing that got me. I paid 145$ for my toes and acrylic nails, she spent an hour and a half on my hands ALONE. I was very patient, she was with me aswell given everytime she showed me my nails I didn’t like it and told her to fix it. I feel like they charged me for their mistakes and I refuse to go back because of that. My nails do not look anywhere near 115$ nails. I would have been happy if they were priced regularly but I feel like she took advantage of me and I was in too much of a rush to talk pricing. I regret not saying something now, several of my finger nails don’t have enough coating. There are bubbles in the polish, some of the lines aren’t straight and to begin with I had asked for just the tip v and every time she messed up she extended it more and more. I don’t recommend this place they make up their own prices and try to take the lazy way out. I have heard better things from other workers, but I wish I got the lady’s name that did mine. She took so long and had to ask someone else to do the design, didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing.
