Gf or nails done today and it was one guys that did them, he did them horrible limes are crooked, makes my fingers look like they go to the left and the he didn’t even check it they were they same length in both hands, and I was there only client, hate the way my nails came out, never again!! One thumb nail is longer then the other, and the acrylic is lumpy and paint job is terrible.

I called just to ask if there was any openings and the owner or worker answers with a very low voice and I just said nicely, hi by any chance do you have any openings? She said softly no. I asked I’m sorry I didn’t hear you and she said NO! I said fine jeez! I was just asking!! I mean does it really hurt her to just speak louder over the phone so she can be clear and not rude? I guess they don’t care how they treat people as long as they get customers. Wouldn’t want to know how they actually treat their clients.

In the middle of our conversation, my phone lost service and we were cutoff. I tried to call back several times but the lady didn’t answer and eventually it went straight to voicemail without ringing, indicating that she blocked my number. I called back using a landline and she answered. I tried to explain what happened but the owner didn’t want to hear me out and instead was mean and very rude. I asked if I can still make it and she said she didn’t have time for me. Then I tried to reschedule my appointment for a later date and said “she didn’t have time”, which was a lie because my mom had called earlier in the day inquiring about availability. So she hung up on me!! If this lady/owner continues to be rude, unkind, disrespectful, and mean to her customers, she will eventually go out of business due to her lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. I had no problems prior to going to this place and have heard about her rudeness but didn’t get to experience it until today. This nail salon has lost my business and I will never go back.

Been here before and when the young man does nails he’s polite and professional. The young lady who did nails today was rude to a walk-in who didn’t know it should be appointment, wouldn’t respond to her co-worker, treated me roughly and was rude when I told her about my arthritis. When I left there was no ‘thank you’ as I walked out the door, even though just one other person was in the shop. Nails were done ok but if I go again I’ll request the young man. Young lady needs to grow some manners.

Been coming here for many years, and decided to give a review. Went to get my nails done and a pedi with my brother-in-law. It was great, more than great super relaxing, gentle, and they always deliver to my high expectations. No wait, super clean, great service. Love this place and there professionalism. Just walked out after waiting 15 minutes. When i walked in, didnt get acknowledged didnt get the typical “pick a color” but when i already had a decision, they didn’t even bother to start with me and sit me down for my pedicure. I could’ve waited as my feet soaked for the worker who was attending someone but they just went about their thing and didn’t give good customer service. Now im at forever nails where they sat me down as soon as i walked in.

Today was my first time here, I absolutely love it! I walked in a little before closing and they gladly took me in. I loved that they took their time and were really gentle, we stayed like 30 mins after closing they were so happy to have me. Kristy and Husband are amazing! They are under new management, They’ll do any design you like, they have so many to choose from or bring your own. They are great at what they do. I definitely recommend this place. I’ll sure be coming back, glad I walked in today! Really should give it a try. All the other reviews are from the previous owners, they are nothing like them.
