Made an appointment over the phone. Was told to come in. Didn’t explain that what they call “appointments” is just conning people into coming in and joining a 2 hour wait line. Terrible customer service in that regard. Can’t rate my experience with actually getting anything done because even after that whole failed experience I still tried to make an appointment for 2 days later and was told even if i made an appointment for a certain time it would be busy and I would have to wait. Um hello then it’s not an appointment. Thanks for wasting my time on my first few hours off from work in 3 weeks.

They were so patient and attentive to detail, all the employees were very friendly and the environment was very clean. This is my new go to nail place. I walked in for a pedicure at 6:44 they greeted me the minute I walked in the door. I forgot the lady’s name who did my toes but she was very patient and assured that my toes were to my liking. Then Tina and another did my manicure and they did an awesome job. I love my nails and they didn’t rush although it was closing time, they were super friendly. They made sure everything was too my liking. And the wonder stayed to make sure everything was done perfectly.

I have come here multiple times and have not had a bad experience yet! I’ve seen multiple reviews complain about their technician speaking in a different language. This is normal for nail salons. I called 15 minutes before close for a pedicure and they told me to come in. I was seen immediately and offered a manicure even though they were closing soon. I declined because I didn’t want to keep them too late as they were already accommodating me. Kim gave me a deluxe pedicure and did an amazing job! She didn’t skimp on any part of the service like other salons I’ve gone to. Very happy and will always come back and recommend!

My very first time ever doing my nails at a salon, and I requested a pedicure and manicure. I should’ve ask the name that did my mani but she was very gentle and nice, but I wasn’t sure how I feel about my manicure, I just realized when I got home the acrylic nails are uneven, and I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to look even. Especially it was my first time doing my nails in a salon i would expect it to have my nails Professionally done, and I did tipped a lot, and I also hoping for more designs. And I’m sad how theirs bubbles and the sides are not smooth enough. At the begging I felt welcome but felt rushed when I was done. I’m so upset I spent $100 for the service.
