When everyone else seem to have dismissed us because we were walk-ins, ProfessioNAILS took us in. We did not mind the wait. Sonny gave me a very beautiful French manicure that lasted 3 weeks (could have been 4 weeks if I did not break a nail). Le gave me and hubby a very nice scrubbing and cleaning (pedicure) on the first time. On the second visit, Kim took care of our feet.

Received a gift certificate from here while in town.. decided to get my nails filled.. I have black and one silver nail on each hand.. she mixed black and white powder together (looked horrible) then she put white over my silver nail (also horrible).. she filed the sides of my nails so narrow that on each side you seen my regular nail.. so two days later my full nail (3 of them) popped off.. each of my real nails are bruised. I come home to get them fixed.. they had to remove each nail and just like the ones that came off on their own were severely bruised. My nail salon has never seen anything like this and told me that it was good I came and got them fixed before more water got under them and grew fungus under them.. horrible!!!

Love going here and seeing Becky. My nails kept breaking so she came up with using a light acrylic with gel over. I go for that and a pedicure every 2 weeks. I recommend making an appointment as they can get busy quickly.

The finished polish was not as expected. Its two shades lighter than expected. When I commented on it she disagreed with me. The polish is see through and not pleasing at all. My tip reflected the finished product. I won’t be back. Dissatisfied

This place is awful. I got acrylics and the whole time she was doing it, she was on the phone. And she was rushing the whole thing, I made her redo my nails twice and it still looks awful. She doesn’t follow directions and she’s very impatient and yelled at me. Do not go here
