I love this place with or without an appointment busy or not I’m always made feel welcome I love the level of professionalism from Professio Nails it’s a great place where I love to recommend family as well as friends their nails are not cheap they don’t use cheap materials they won’t just snap off and break and yes I’ve had them in a long length and I would always use long length acrylic nails and I’ve never had that problem as to me going to other places and it just snapping right off and me needing to fix me needing a fill I’ve broken out I took the nail that never happens at Professio Nails.

In and out in about 45 mins and got mani/pedi done. Kept it simple with a French tip on both. I feel fresh but the paint job wasnt perfect. $30 for all. Not bad for a quick stop while my car got maintenance up the road.

It was an absolutely terrible experience here. The lady who did my gel pedicure had a nasty attitude. It was clear that she was talking negatively about my bf and I (in her native tongue) based on her body language and the gestures she made towards our stations/feet etc. I was extremely uncomfortable in there and I will never be going back. The resulting manicure and pedicure were subpar, but because of my discomfort, I left quickly without complaining because I couldn’t bear being in that environment much longer

They were great! Very clean and organized. They were sure to greet each person that walked in. My nails look amazing. I can’t remember the name of the girl who did my nails but I made sure to pay attention to the other technicians and everyone was doing a superb job. My nails look so good. Pinterest worthy.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came from out of town and my nails were done very nicely but I was charged a high price for 7 nails to get fixed. I let that go until I was overcharged for my service. My total came out around 30 something dollars. I was charged almost $10 over what I was told. Then when I addressed the issue the employees acted completely clueless and said “call the bank idk why it charged that much.” Employees preceded to laugh and speak to each other. Got a face wax the lady did not clean my face after telling her before waxing!!! My face broke out terribly! Won’t be going back. This is the second time an incident happened. I’m done!

I walked in the salon on a Sunday morning and it with empty. That should have been my 1st indication that I was not going to be pleased with the service. The polish bubble, it wasn’t smooth, and she didn’t completely remove my old polish.
