If I could leave a negative review for this place I would, I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! Went to get my toes done and the guy who ended up doing my pedicure name was Brian, I Chose the second pedicure option which included a 5 min stone massage, callus remover, salt scrub, and hot towel. I asked him 2x if he was going to cut my nails and around the cuticle, he said he was going to do it “later/after” which was fine. But when the time came he only did my big toe none of my other toes…. Then gave me literally a 1min massage with lotion and went to grab the stones literally only rubbed my legs for 2seconds each with the stones and used only 1 hot towel, every other place I’ve been to has always used 2 hot towels 1 per leg. He did not cut my nails or cuticles correctly after I asked him 2x to do and did not get my massage and they expected me to pay 10$ more for him not doing what he was supposed to and when I complained he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, I was in shock, he gave me the most evil glare and told me I was a bad person after he didn’t do his job correctly and pulled the towel right from under my feet. Then wanted to argue with me when I refused to pay the full price. I agreed to pay for the services I was provided and they kept arguing with me that I needed to pay the 10$ extra. I’ve never had such a terrible experience before in my life. Will not be returning and do not recommend 0/10. Also he was NOT WEARING GLOVES. Completely unsanitary, I just hope the tools used had been cleaned properly. The picture is the guy that followed me out staring me down trying to intimidate me, only stopped following me when I pulled out my phone!

I’ve patronized this nail salon twice. The first time I got a full set with a single rhinestone added to each nail. I was charged $85 which I felt was a bit high but she did a good job and she gave me what I asked for so I did not complain. I went in yesterday for a fill in, all my nails were intact and looked as good as the day they were originally done. (Only one thumbnail had a slight crack) However this time two of my nails broke within hours of leaving the shop. One from merely driving and a third is already cracked. Now I seldom complain about such things I just don’t go back but when you charge me $70 for a simple fill in and they don’t last a day I’m sorry that’s a problem!

If I could give 0 stars I would…Horrible experience she was constantly on her phone she completely ruined my pedicure I came in with long nails and she told me that she was going to shape them properly and she completely cut them short and made them ugly and I still had to pay $48 for a horrible job I got something I didnt want NEVER COMING AGAIN….. I am extremely upset First she seemed to have a bad attitude. Then she cut me while filling the inside of my nails and the file burned. I tried to not make a deal but the way she painted my nails looks horrible and I am going to be a bridesmaid. My nail polish has bubbles everywhere. I’ve been here before but this was the worst service I have ever had. My mom had a nicer lady but she forgot to clean one nail. I’m going to be taking my business somewhere else.

Paid $70 for my step daughters birthday nails and came out horrible their menu offers child’s manicures but when I asked for one for my six year old I was told no just polish I also wanted a full set for myself but was told I would have to pay for the kids nails before they did mine extremely rude for some Amateur nails

I have been coming here for years. Their prices continue to go up but their service and quality goes down. Terrible pedicures. The pedicure is so bad that you were probably better off before you got one. Then when you make an appointment, they won’t even call or tell you that your appointment can’t actually be accommodated….until you get there. They will just say “Sorry, the girl you requested is going home.”

Went in about 6 for pedicure. Well it took time waiting g. Anyway the man who did my pedi tried to put my Sandler on to soon and messed it up. He did he would fix. Well he didn’t he went to Ralph’s and bought beer and left me high and dry. Well not dry. He had already been givin his tip They wanted to party. It wa someone bday. I had my manicure and pedicure done there yesterday. So far they look really good. BUT here’s my grouse: when I went to pay the bill was $124!!! Here’s the breakup of the costs: pedicure -$38, $15 Gel polish on my toes (which I didn’t ask for!! But because I said the same color as my hands, she took it to mean gel polish on my toes too!!!! Who puts gel on their toes??), $7 for the flower on my big toes, Full set $37, Trimming skin nail (?) $5, Gel on acrylic $13 and intensive collagen treatment $9 (hard sell by the manicurist).
