Love this salon. Tried several in Hemet. This salon is really nice and clean. They have safe practices on pedicures. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. There was no language barrier. Eyebrows turned out great, done very quickly, painless and shaped perfectly. My mother got a deep clean pedicure and moisturizing foot massage and felt pampered. Great prices and such nice friendly ladies. They take COVID precautions, sanitize, temperature check etc. super happy with this place will be back!

Did a great job on my nails and I love the pedi but the color on toes did not match nails, and came off an hour after I got home (yes should have been dry, used the dryer) the girl did not clean the lotion from pedi before polishing. Disappointed after spending $80. I am new to Hemet and looking for was looking for a new salon. Think I will keep looking.

When she applied the red colored polish she didn’t proceed to clean the edges that she smudged. She just left it and at the end she poured oil on the palm of my hand and told me to rub it on. I went in for a full coffin shaped set. The lady, I believe her name was Nam, had a hard time shaping the nail. She then cut one of my cuticles and giggled. When she applied the red colored polish she didn’t proceed to clean the edges that she smudged. She just left it and at the end she poured oil on the palm of my hand and told me to rub it on. Honestly this place is horrible if there was a Zero star option I would choose it. The customer service is so bad I’m surprised this place is still in buissness. I went in for nails and choose gel bc they were 35$ and was like okay not bad. Once the nails were glued on the lady told me it would 5 extra dollars for coffin shape and although hesitant I was like okay normal for a different shape. Then I’m thinking the boss came over and said it would be 50/55 and I asked what was the free option since I was on a budget for a wedding. She said only square I hate the square shape personally but I had to chose that one. I don’t know how my nails went up 20$ in price they should put that on their price board. Then she said the length would also matter for the price then outloud she said HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO PAY? I was like how much for no extra charge and she said they would be really short so hesitantly I said 40. Then since they were square shape I said shorter was fine then she said it would be more expensive for shorter so I was even more confused, so I kept the unflattering shape. I understand paying more for certain nails but they lie about prices and then completely overcharge you. My sister got a pedicure and the lady didn’t tell her it would be extra for a certain polish and ended up paying 50$ for a simple pedicure. Since I did not like the shape at all before the polish went on I told her to go for regular arcrylics bc 1 they were cheaper on the price board and 2 they would be easier to remove. Then she said it would be the same price either way and gel was prettier and better. Which I don’t understand bc it said full set acrylics were 28 and gel full set 35. At the end my sister paid which is the reason I didn’t want to spend so much and I told her to not leave a tip for my nail lady bc of the service and the overcharging and the lady outloud said no tip towards the lady who did my nails. Also my nails have an uneven shape some are rounder and some are sharper, and to make it worse one of the liquids they used burned my skin badly. Definitely do not reccomend this place they overcharge and have the worst service. One more thing I also had to wait so long to get attended I should have backed out when I had the chance! They need to update their prices or be more specific before putting polishes or nails on customers.

They were horrible they can’t do eyebrows at all they made them too thin and one of the people that did my nails messed up my nails. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I’ve been going for months now , I went in Monday and got my nails done paid $30 today is Wednesday and my nail broke went back in and she had the nerve to say I had to pay. Every time i go is because of the nail tech the gentleman other than that the owner charges for everything if you pay with a credit card an extra 3 dollars of its less than &10 2 dollars it’s ridiculous . I’m not going back you lost a costumer that pays over $90 evertime 2 weeks I go in . Horrible coustomer retention. Good luck !!!! And forces you to give a tip every time ! No thanks there’s better nails places around .

I do not frequent nail salons, but ever so often, I treat myself to a mani/pedi. I have to say that of all the times I have done that, this place was THE BEST. There is the typical delay between treatments, but so worth it. More than anything else, the deluxe pedicure was to die for! Michelle (mani), Ivy (pedi), and Lily (waxing) were great to deal with. To top it all off, their prices are very reasonable! I plan on going here whenever I am feeling like treating myself!
