My daughter and I both got our hair cut and highlights and the owner Stephanie was awesome. We love what she did with our hair. I will never go to another salon again. I have been a customer of Stephanie for 18+ years. She is extremely professional, kind, and considerate. She is meticulous with her cuts and color, and my hair always looks beautiful. The salon is clean and updated, as well as Stephanie’s continuing education with current trends. I am always greeted as soon as I arrive, and have never had to wait more than a few minutes before heading to the chair. I am always so very indecisive about color and cut and always tell Steph, “Do whatever you want.” After asking a few questions about what I like or dislike about my current color or cut, she goes to work. She also keeps up to date with new styles and trends in her industry. I look forward to when she asks if she can try something new. My response is always “Yes, whatever you want.” I trust her completely and have never walked out disappointed. Steph and her staff are very professional and constantly on the move cleaning up after each client and checking in on clients that are processing. I enjoy coming to my appointment every 8 weeks because it is one place I don’t have to or need to make any decisions. I am always greeted as soon as I arrive, and have never had to wait more than a few minutes before heading to the chair. Critical: Professionalism, ValueThere was no salons open at this time due to everything closing down so i got an appointment here. There was one older woman working here alone Stephanie. I was shocked she was able to stay open under the circumstances. She said they can’t force me to close! She then proceeded to talk about politics the entire haircut which made me extremely uncomfortable. It’s just not a topic i feel as a professional you should be talking about with your clients. There was no salons open at this time due to everything closing down so i got an appointment here. There was one older woman working here alone Stephanie. I was shocked she was able to stay open under the circumstances. She said they can’t force me to close! She then proceeded to talk about politics the entire haircut which made me extremely uncomfortable. It’s just not a topic i feel as a professional you should be talking about with your clients.
