I wasn’t impressed with how the service I received was handled. Took forever to get in, then once I got in as a client, wasn’t happy with my haircut like I thought i would be. Then, once it was supposed to be followed up with the continuation of the cut, color, style, they canceled on me. The whole situation was unprofessional. I won’t go back ever. They acted like they were to busy to take me on as a new client, well if your to busy, then don’t take a new client on. Simply explain that you can’t, so there not left hanging with a bad hairstyle.

I went in there with hair that I hated and was nothing that I wanted from a different salon a few days before. I showed Meghan a picture of what I wanted and she fixed my hair to the way I asked and touched up the mess ups from the previous salon. went in with a brownish orangecolor that i absolutely hated. tonya gave me beautiful blonde highlights ans ive never been more in love with my hair! she explained what she was doing throughout the process and even gave me tips on how to keep my hair healthy. all of the ladies were super sweet and i felt so comfortable.
