I went in for a clean up of my haircut. Proceed a weird conversation with the guy who was cutting my hair as he butchered my mullet. I asked for a cleanup of the fade but gave me a distrusting edge which proceeded to cut me on BOTH SIDES with a razor. The people where nice but they completely messed my hair up. Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThere are so many now barbershops to choose from! I for one value, time, professionalism, and quality. All in all excellent customer service is what is to be expected and this shop definitely does not have. I had went in for my usual cut, already had a preference on which barber to cut my hair and waited patiently then when that barber was available I was told this shop doesn’t take/make appointments. I never made appointments understanding the flow of customers. He then had another customer take my place for the cut with that barber where I had already waited and was not going to wait again for either that same barber or another. That is extremely unprofessional and shows lack of customer knowledge in service and etiquette in our culture of the valley. I will never ever go to this poorly run institution again. Service has to be a priority and as well treatment to customers.There are so many now barbershops to choose from! I for one value, time, professionalism, and quality. I absolutely love taking my son to get a haircut here. They do play loud music, but I’ve asked on 2 occassions to please turn down the music while my son gets a haircut and they are more than happy to oblige. The owner is very friendly and professional. We always go with Norman, but when I asked him who else would he recommend, he was professional and said everyone did a great job and was just as patient as he was. There is a wait on the weekends but during the week there is almost no wait time during the morning hours.
