I am so in love with proderma! I have recommended to everyone I know to go see Joy to take care of their acne. We are very natural and try to stick to the healthiest options for our family. When my daughter hit 15 and got our first experience with acne of course I took her to the dermatologist. I was not surprised but also not happy when they recommended an antibiotic and strong chemicals for her. A friend gave me Joy at Proderma’s number and upon meeting with her I was sold, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. It comes with a decent price tag and she doesn’t take insurance so I was a little unsure about that part. I called my insurance and talked to them about how to do out of network billing myself since a provider didn’t take insurance. It was some paperwork and Joy was very helpful with giving me all the codes and paperwork I needed. I ended up getting about 70% reimbursed back to me. So overall I spent way less than I would have in copays and prescriptions had I went the medical route. My daughters face looked 50 percent better within the first week and acne was gone by the 2-3 week mark. The facial treatment are very relaxing and my daughter enjoyed each appointment and actually looked forward to it. As long as your sure to be consistent with the at home protocol and appointments you will be amazed how incredible this program works. I have sent at least 15 people to Proderma and everyone has been just as impressed as I am. I tell Joy every time I talk to her how grateful I am that she created an alternative to taking harsh pharmaceuticals that can come with heavy side effects. My daughter continues to use a couple of her products 4 years later to keep clear and they have always worked perfect. Thank you Joy for making my daughters teenage years much easier without having to struggle with acne. In the end even if I couldn’t get insurance to cover any of it I would do it again in a heartbeat. It was worth every penny and when I put into perspective the things we spend money one like furniture, vacations, etc, I realized none of that compares to how important my daughters confidence was. I hope my experience can help others decide that Proderma is the right choice for them too.

Dr. Joy has provided such a great experience. It was about 3 months in total. The products were easy to use and smelled super good. Dr. Joy will provide you all the instructions through text after your appointment. The process was also painless which was great. I had acne for over a decade and have tried everything and this was truly the only thing that helped. Super thankful and will always recommend.

I was so excited to find Joy to treat my son’s cystic acne! Everyone else wanted to put him on antibiotics and I didn’t feel that was necessary. Joy’s simple regimen was easy for a 14 year old to do daily and after one week of treatment my family members were commenting about his skin and asking g for her number for coworkers. Joy is great with my son too – plays good music and keeps things real, but has a great sense of humor and keeps him laughing. I would wholeheartedly recommend her treatment! If my younger son develops acne I know where I will be coming!

I waited with my review until I see results and it finally happened. After a little bit over 3 weeks I noticed significant improvement with my acne. As a teenager I never had any problems with acne but it started when I turned 22. My doctor said it was most likely due to some hormonal imbalance.
