Got my hair cut today at Procuts and Sam did a great job. I was nervous going to a new barbershop but I was presently surprised. I am glad we have a barbershop in walking distance from my home and in Westchase. I will definitely be taking my kids here for their haircuts.

I was excited to visit this shop near my new home and felt confident given the positive reviews. I am also a huge believer in giving grace these days, however, I was no-showed by Marissa who never even bothered to call or text to apologize. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. At about the time of my appointment Marissa called the office to inform her co worker that she was running 15 minutes late, and to ask if I could wait, to which I replied that I could, but after over 20 minutes, I left disappointed, and never received so much as an email to reschedule let alone an apology for the inconvenience. Life is very complicated these days, and I completely understand things come up, but this to me showed a lack of respect and customer service. Unfortunately, I will be looking elsewhere for myself and my family’s hairstyle needs.

Been coming here for 2 years. Never had a bad experience. Kind of an old school barber experience, plus there is often a Dire Straights concert playing on the telly. You can’t go wrong with any of the barbers. However Syad (sp?) is exceptional. I called ten minutes before closing yesterday and he said ‘no problem, come on in’. He didn’t rush and perhaps gave me a once generation perfect haircut.

Cut WAY too much off and the sides are patchy and uneven. DO NOT come here for a professional haircut. I asked for short on the bottom faded into a top that kept most of the length. Got a buzz cut. Worst haircut I’ve had in years – my kids say it’s a mohawk and my colleagues asked if I was scalped. Look at the pictures and see for yourself -it’s really bad. Nice decor, but I wouldn’t go here unless you are a soldier or a teenager. Seems like they can only do one type of cut and it includes shaving half of your head.

I decided to try this barbershop because the one I usually go to is closed on Sundays. After telling the owner multiple times why I was not satisfied with the haircut and his multiple failed attempts to correct it.He kept raising my hairline and I will post a picture of his attempt at a “fade”. The barbers name is Sam. I told him I would go somewhere else to have it fixed. He then tells me I have to pay anyway and proceeds to call the police. Avoid wasting your time and money!
