The girls are great to deal with! from waxing to lash extentions, hair cut/colors to updos, they are the best! I have worked with both Kayla and Kylie with lashes and waxing, and Kayla for everything else. They are both so knowledgebale and helpful!I got married last weekend and we had Kayla came to our wedding venue in Holcombe for make-up and updo’s for myself, my mother and bridesmaids. The whole week was hectic from our guests’ hotel canceling reservations due to a water leak, to our caterer canceling due to Covid, along with the normal stresses of a wedding. I had spaced out making an appointment for my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed and when I thought about it, they were already booked during any time that I could get her there. Kayla knew the issues I had been having, and came in early to work one day to wax her eyebrows. The day of the wedding, Kayla arrived about 15 minutes early (which was PERFECT). She is so personable and easy to work with! Working with her was honestly one of the highlighs of my day! She does quick, great work. We all got complements all night long on “glowing” thanks to her makeup skills, and our hair never looked better! Only have gone here as a last resort and I won’t even do that anymore. The never seem to be able to do more than a simple buzz cut on a guy. The last time I was there I described the length, direction of part and exactly where I wanted the part line to be cut in and how big to make it all this back up with pictures of the last time I had it done by real professionals and they STILL messed it up. They only way to fix it now would be to shave it all one short length which I hate to do. Very unhappy with my experiences here and will never go back. If you are a guy that does more than just get your hair cut one length I would avoid at all costs.

The stylist did not seem familiar with cutting men’s hair…asked for a fade and another stylist had to explain it to her. She also didn’t know how to use fiber paste, telling me she’s never used it despite it being a product sold in their store (I left with white chunks of paste in my hair I couldn’t see in the store mirror, noticed them in the car). Seemed rushed and more interested in eating the pizza delivered to the store, of which she also (despite working in the service industry) didn’t know how to calculate a tip for the delivery guy and so was back and forth with the other stylist figuring that out while I waited to have my haircut finished.

They are very good at cutting hair but you’ll never get a walk in appointment. Make sure you call early for an appointment because they are always booked. They also are very short staffed which is another reason why they are always booked.

Butchered haircut and all you heard about was gossip about former employees. Icing on the cake was showing up for a hair color appointment (that I booked at my last appointment) only to find out it wasn’t even written down; therefore no appointment.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThey are a “walk in” hair place but everytime we walk in we cannot get in because they take call in appointments. They have more than 2 chairs but only have 2 people cutting hair. If you don’t call ahead you won’t get in.
