I come here for my bang cuts every month or so, and usually they do a good job… But, this time they clearly did not! I do not remember the stylist’s name, but she had bright red hair and tattoos. I told her they were a little too long and she was like “Really?”, which made me a little uneasy why she was questioning me. I feel like this place is always either a hit or miss. I went today and the staff wasn’t super friendly. I asked to get my dead ends cut off and it seemed to me like she was rushing it. She didn’t even brush my hair after she was done with the hair cut or separate my hair back to my middle part. The hair was just pretty much in my face and she asked if I liked it. Not very professional in my opinion.

I went to Procuts today to get my hair colored, my hairdresser was Brittany H. She recommended a great color for me, that matched my skin tone. She explained to me all the costs of things she recommended. Brittany actually asked if she could put hair products in my hair, which I appreciated. After the color, blow dry she had a few minutes available to style my hair. I had a great experience with Brittany H. I will definitely go back and see her again. I will also recommend her to my family and friends. Also nice conversation. Thank you Brittany.

Critical: QualityJust came back from proCuts on Broad st…worst experience ever. I asked for blunt cut about an inch. Usually that entails sectioning and shaping so it falls correctly.Young girl spent maybe 5 min trimming bottom. No sectioning or shaping. Awful waste of money.I will find another place. My experience was good. I’m 15 and I was a little unsure about weather or not I wanted to go here or not because I didn’t think they were good. I wanted a fade on the slides and spiked in the front. Overall good would give my haircut an 8/10. I’m giving 5 stars because I feel that’s what they best deserve
