Service is good , prices are inconsistent. Had a full set with a simple design and paid $65.00 which is reasonable because they were long. Went again less than two weeks later for a refill , cut down and same exact design and paid $71…. When I asked how much the refill was I was told $45…. Not sure why I’m paying more for a refill than a full set. Will not go again.

My first time here, didn’t expect much. Danny is very professional, she knows what is she doing. If you need trim and real cut around your nail, i mean not deep deep cut, but cut, you should go with her. I am so impressed, and i will be back.

ProCare is an amazing nail salon. I am a frequent customer and I went to get my nails done for my birthday a few week ago. I wasn’t in love, told the young lady and she ensured they would look amazing. They were nice but not what I am used to when I go there. I called last week and spoke to the owner and told her about my last experience. She acknowledged how I felt, and made sure she let me know to always tell them if something isn’t to my liking and it will get fixed. She reassured me that my time and money as a client was important amd that I should always leave happy. I truly appreciated the thoughtful conversation and when I went in that same night she did an AMAZING job on my nails. That’s A1 customer service!

Where should I start? Should I begin with they don’t greet their customers, excuse me, black customers the same way they do their white customers or the fact they had not only me but other black women/color waiting for over an hour?? This business is inconsistent. After I got my pedicure, they had me wait another 20 minutes and was about to serve a customer before me even though I was already waiting in the chair for my acrylic nails. I will not be coming back for any services. The services they have were already over price for work they actually do. Such a bad experience!!

Worst place ever. Super disorganized. They don’t care what time your scheduled for. They just take whoever comes first. Super rude and extremely unnattentive. Took time off from work to go for a 2 o’clock appt only to be told to come back at 5 totally unacceptable. Never go there.

They are clean but they do nails nice one time then after you do during they don’t do good job. They messed up three nails and didn’t do over. I go somewhere else because this is my second visit if they do that it only get worse.

I highly recommend going here to get your nails as well as any services they offer facility is clean well professional. The owners are really nice they make feel welcome. If you want your nails done a certain way this is the best place to get them done they take pride in what they do unsatisfy with the service they make sure to fix the problem.

I’ve been going here for quite some time. The service is great, the staff is great and the salon is super clean. Some may say it’s pricey but the quality of materials use and work is worth every penny. I can go weeks without needing a fill. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality
