I went up to Massachusetts to visit a friend and decided to make an appointment at Pro Touch Esthetics to get micro-needling. Talita is nothing short of AMAZING!!! Absolutely love all of the staff, the quality of their treatments with affordable prices are absolutely incredible! Which is why I am sad to say that I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon due to seeing multiple staff not wearing their masks properly, at all (wearing a face shield and no mask), or having their mask below their chin exposing their nose and mouth. I recently went in for a massage and loved my entire experience and felt I could relax because the staff wore their mask the whole time. When I walked out to pay afterwards, I noticed multiple staff were huddled in a room together and some either had nose and mouth exposed, or nose exposed and they were all very close together. Instead of going home relaxed as I was before, I was now anxious about being potentially exposed. I am high risk so I appreciate COVID guidelines being taken seriously.
