Im a male, and I called to see if I could make an appt for a full set. The Asian gentleman laughed at me over the phone and said “your a man, only woman get nails.” So he refused services to me solely because I’m a man. It’s 2023 shame on him!!!

I unfortunately did not get my nails done here. This one star review is based solely on the appointment and booking process. I called about an hour in advance and was surprised when they said they could fit me in that soon, as I was willing to wait or make an appointment for the following day. When I walked in and told them I made an appointment they just stared at me and said “okay”. No telling me to sit down, no telling me they’re running late, didn’t offer me water or polite conversation. So, I just stood there like an idiot for a moment before I was like, I guess I’ll sit down? After looking around and seeing that everyone was either starting on a fill, acrylics, Mani pedi and one more pedi, I decided to leave after 15 minutes. If they couldn’t fit the appointment in, I understand but please convey that to someone as I just had a short window of time. Also, if they said to do a walk in and wait, I would have been there 30min sooner to fit it into my schedule. I also found it really rude that no one spoke to me and pretended like I wasn’t there.

My first visit was great. The last two visits were rushed so ended up with crooked bubbly acrylic nails. Called to have it fixed and he had an attitude saying I would have to wait because he was super busy. Which I get but the attitude was not necessary. I wasn’t trying to come in the time I called just wanted set an appt so that he can focus on my nails. After the way he answered me I definitely didn t want to come back anymore. It’s just too bad because I referred a few friends here

I went here based off of Falling Cow’s review, and it was true to her review, except there was a running child, wandering around, and the mom kept saying “Get down. Get down,” so of course the kid didn’t listen, so I’m not sure if they got rid of their child policy, but otherwise, it was amazing. The spa pedicure was awesome, my french pedicure was done 5 weeks ago and is only NOW peeling off. Definitely a great deal. I highly recommend.

They do not honor appointments, which is horrible business practice. The purpose of an appt is to avoid waiting. He will take walk ins over scheduled clients. He talks about the customers as soon as they leave to other customers. He has new techs every month. There is a tech who cant stop watching YouTube while doing your nails. He doesn’t even pretend to care about making appointments wait.

Was startled by the homeless man sleeping within a few feet of the front door, first of all. I wanted a manicure and barely got that. Put my hands in soapy water and that was it. Pressed on cuticles and then pretended to trim around my cuticles. Didn’t see any remnants of a cuticle. Didn’t use any lotion or massage my hands. That has never happened at a salon. As for the nail polish, I went on a Thurs. and it peeled off in sheets by Sunday and that was with a top coat. I wear gloves while working in the kitchen. Lousy! Wish I could find a decent place!!!!
