They were very rude, and when I would ask for a fix or an adjustment they nail tech would start moving my foot very rough and get upset. It was only two gentlemen that were working. They did a horrible job on my pedicure and my friends as well. They were very rude, and when I would ask for a fix or an adjustment they nail tech would start moving my foot very rough and get upset. It was only two gentlemen that were working. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueSo, I had To take off my acrylic nails, to get my normal nails filed & put gel. He charged me 20$ k cool so I asked If he could push back my nails & cut my cuticle & he said it’s 10$ more . All he did was cut my cuticle . So, I had To take off my acrylic nails, to get my normal nails filed & put gel. He charged me 20$ k cool so I asked If he could push back my nails & cut my cuticle & he said it’s 10$ more . My mother-in-law recently went to the salon. We both got manicure and pedicures but I got s SNS full set for my wedding. The lady that did my pedicure Woods not very friendly but she did a really good job. There is one young man there that spoke very clear English. He was extremely helpful and helping me and my mother-in-law decide what we wanted for our nails. He did my mother in-laws manicure. She got a French manicure would you looks beautiful that is exactly what she wanted. I have never had fake nails done before and they turned out amazing. My Nail Tech was very friendly and funny. My mother-in-law had and I had a good time. This Salon is very busy and we ended up being there for about 3 hours. Despite how long it took we enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely be back and we will definitely recommend this salon.

First & LAST time here, I went in for a full gel set & felt entirely rushed the whole time. I couldn’t even pick out a color w/o feeling rushed then the color I did pick he didn’t give me! He gave me two of the wrong colors and I was just so annoyed and ready to leave I didn’t even argue. Literally horrible service, and when he was finished & I left I noticed my nails were uneven and I had acrylic all over my fingers & cuticles. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Sad part is I went in like 3 hours before closing soo there was no reason to rush me in & out. Terrible customer service, don’t go here.

Horrible Costumer Service!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the closest nail salon to me but time after time they continue to show horrible customer service! You can’t tell them anything about how you want your nails because they give you attitude!!! They do a crappy job I wish I would’ve taken a picture to embarrass their work. Save your money and energy they are the worst in phoenix!! The man who did my nails began to argue with me when I told him my nails were lumpy he got angry and was very aggressive with my hand he ended up hurting my finger nails!!!! Seriously these people time after time don’t change ….. Lin is horrible and so is sherry!! It doesn’t matter who I get these people think they can treat you like whatever!! I truly hope they go out of business..

Service was wonderful from Pete. The only thing is every single time I go in the prices are different!!!! Sometimes more like double lol. I’ve been coming to this place for yrs. However all around they can definitely upgrade the place a bit.
