Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I had the worst lash extension experience here. Jenny did an OK job at first glance but there were clumps and lashes going into my eyes. I came back to remove the ones going into my eyes and told Jenny not to pluck them with my real lashes (like she did previously). She said ok ok but sat me up and did the exact same thing… plucked out the messed up lashes along with my real lashes. She totally ignored me! It was painful and frustrating.. who wants to get their real eye lashes plucked out?! I came in for lashes yet came out with messy uneven lashes and some bald spots from where she had plucked them out. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I had the worst lash extension experience here. Jenny did an OK job at first glance but there were clumps and lashes going into my eyes. I came back to remove the ones going into my eyes and told Jenny not to pluck them with my real lashes (like she did previously). Critical: Quality, ValueI got some nail tips for the 1st time in 2 years and the results were terrible. The lady kept cutting my fingers, the nails are clumpy, and have air bubbles. She made rude comments about my tattoos and how my nails looked like I “use them for work a lot” which I do. As well as raise 4 kids 2 of which are babies. I got some nail tips for the 1st time in 2 years and the results were terrible. The lady kept cutting my fingers, the nails are clumpy, and have air bubbles. She made rude comments about my tattoos and how my nails looked like I “use them for work a lot” which I do. As well as raise 4 kids 2 of which are babies.
