Mary Nelson butchered my hair today. I specifically asked for my hair to fall “a tiny bit above the nipple line” and I indicated where. Instead she cut it TWO inches shorter than what I asked for. When I said this and that I wanted to cry, her insensitive response was “it’s not that much shorter and it’ll grow back.” Also, when I first arrived and asked her to wear a mask, she gave me attitude and angrily put one on, then said nothing to me the rest of the session. I was treated poorly overall I am completely heartbroken. It will take 6 months for it to grow to the length that I asked for. Mary has a poor attitude and showed me no respect or empathy. The manager did waive the fee but I would gladly pay it to have my hair back. :'(

Ive gone to most places in town to find one I like the most and they are by far my favorite place for a haircut everyone is very nice price is what I’d expect to pay I believe its 20$ for mens cut and they stay open later then most places. Couple times I’ve come in 15 to 20 min before they close and I was shocked they were still very polite and even cut my hair usually other places are rude and turn me away.

They always listen to what I want done. They are gentle in the handling of my hair. They are so accomadating of my handicaps. I use a scooter to get around and they just move the chair out of the way and I drive my scooter up to the spot and she cuts my hair. Great place!

I feel so awful cause I can’t remember the name of the hairdresser that did my hair, but honestly both women were so nice. I hadn’t let anyone touch my hair in over a decade. After the removal of my dreads I really needed some professional help. The day I went in seemed like everyone and their mother was trying to get their hair done and even though they were booked they made time for me. I thought for sure going from having hair to the middle of my back being cut off I’d more than likely leave there somewhat dissatisfied but no! I couldn’t be happier and now I don’t have to cut my own hair cause I found someone I trust! What really impressed me was the customer service. My lady was so nice, comforting and accommodating. Good customer service and honestly just plain human decency is hard to come by these days so when I’m treated good I definitely want to shout out the business. I’ll be returning for sure and recommending to my friends and family.
