Never had a problem with prostyles. Tracy always did an awesome haircut and facial trim. One day I went in and wanted a certain hairstyle. Mid way through the cut, he began cutting someone else’s hair. Ended up having the hairstyle to not be on point, and asked Tracy to fix it by cutting it all off and he refused. I won’t be back. It was the smallest detail, yet not wanting to fix it did it in for me. The 3/5 is for the vibe and ease of booking appointments.

My husband is in a wheelchair and sometimes getting into a hair salon or barbershop can be difficult. Pro Styles was accessible and so welcoming! Haircut is uneven in some spots but not super noticeable. I’m going to be the best man in my friends wedding tomorrow so I’m pretty disappointed overall. Staff was friendly and the shop looked nice. The haircut was okay but definitely not the best I’ve ever had. I had to go home and shave off a years worth of my beard because of how bad the barber butchered it.
