Positive: Quality, ValueFirst time visit. I came in for a trim and style right before my engagement pictures and Mrs. Beth did an amazing job. She looked at my inspo pics and listened to my concerns about my hair before getting started. She showed me the exact length she was going to take off by taking a sample from the back of my head to make sure I approved. She gave me a ton of layers, angles, and curtain bangs, which is exactly what I wanted. I look so sophisticated! She also gave me great advice on how to style it myself. First time visit. I came in for a trim and style right before my engagement pictures and Mrs. Beth did an amazing job. She looked at my inspo pics and listened to my concerns about my hair before getting started. She showed me the exact length she was going to take off by taking a sample from the back of my head to make sure I approved. She gave me a ton of layers, angles, and curtain bangs, which is exactly what I wanted. I look so sophisticated! She also gave me great advice on how to style it myself. Loved the online appointment feature, being able to select my service type, and having them “accept” the appointment for confirmation. Beth and Sara were pleasant, professional, and kind. They guarantee satisfaction and I am one satisfied customer! The appointment took longer than I expected, but they accommodated for that with a great cut, color, and style. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI arrived to my appointment on time, however it took them over 30 minutes to see me. Even then I was waiting for the stylist to get to me. They started applying bleach to my roots first, and worked their way to my ends, because of this my scalp was burning during and after the bleach process. once she had finished applying bleach she decided to leave the salon to get food. I told another stylist that it felt as if my head was on fire, they finally decided to rinse my hair, but they rinsed me with the hottest setting of water causing my head to burn even more. My experience was the most painful ever. I wanted all blue hair, including my roots. However the stylist would not stop trying to convince me to have my roots darkened, finally i agreed. It turned out not how I wanted it, it looks as if my hair is old and grown out. I’m very disappointed in my experience and the after effect of my hair. The best experience I have ever had in a salon! They did amazing on cutting and bleaching my hair. I was a little nervous at first, but they welcomed me in & made me feel right at home.
